상품 하자 및 누락건의 교환 신청 방법을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 상품 수령 후 언박싱 영상을 촬영하여 하자 및 누락을 확인해 주세요.(7일 이내)

    * 하자 있으신 특전 및 앨범(구성품)은 언박싱 영상과 하자 확인이 가능한 사진이 있어야만 교환 가능합니다.

    * 언박싱 영상 촬영 후 문제가 되는 부분의 시간을 남겨주시면 더 빠른 처리 가능합니다.

    * 앨범 버전과 구성품 수량이 확인 되어야 교환 가능합니다.

2. 교환 신청은 엠투유레코드 메일(sscjck@naver.com)로 언박싱 영상과 함께 양식 작성하여 접수 부탁드립니다.  

    * 유선 접수보다는 불편하시더라도 엠투유레코드 메일(sscjck@naver.com)을 이용해주세요.

3. 교환 신청 양식은 아래와 같습니다.

    교환 요청 사유 : 

    *언박싱 영상 첨부 필수*

* 언박싱 영상 없으시거나 편집된 언박싱 영상은 접수 불가(원본만 확인 가능)

* 상품 받은 시점부터 택배 박스(박스 및 앨범 파손의 경우)와 상품(앨범 속 구성품 하자 및 누락의 경우) 

언박싱 한번에 촬영 필수(초기 촬영 시 운송장이 크게 잘 보여야하며, 절개 흔적이 없는 박스 모든 면을 촬영 필수)

* 하자 및 누락 접수는 상품 수령 후 7일 이내에만 가능

* 교환 접수 후 7일 이내에 반품된 하자 앨범만 교환 가능

[포토카드 교환 기준]

* 교환 가능

아티스트의 얼굴 위 빛 반사 없이 육안으로 확인 가능한 5mm 이상의 얼룩, 번짐, 찍힘, 스크래치 등 

상품의 가치가 훼손되었다고 판단되는 경우

* 교환 불가

약간의 색상 차이 또는 크기 차이, 뒷면의 경미한 하자, 아티스트의 얼굴이 아닌 몸과 배경, 

미세한 긁힘, 찍힘, 먼지 자국 등은 pet, 홀로그램 코팅(박) 소재의 특성상 발생하는 잔흠집이므로 교환 불가

Here is how to apply for an exchange of product defects and omissions.

1. After receiving the product, please take an unboxing video to check for defects and omissions (within 7 days)

* Defective perks and albums (components) can only be exchanged if there is an unboxing video and a picture that can confirm the defect.

* If you leave time for the problem after shooting the unboxing video, we can process it faster.

* You can exchange it only when you check the album version and the number of components.

2. For an exchange request, please fill out the form along with the unboxing video through M2U Record Mail (sscjck@naver.com).

* Please use M2U Record Mail (sscjck@naver.com) even if it is more inconvenient than wired reception.

3. The exchange application form is as follows.

Missing or defective items (ex: A version album, B member photo card):

*Unboxing video must be attached*

* No unboxing videos or edited unboxing videos are not accepted (only the original can be checked)

* Delivery box (in case of box and album damage) and product (in case of defects or omission of components in the album) from the time the product is received

Unboxing required at once (The waybill must be clearly visible during initial shooting, and all sides of the box without any incision must be filmed)

* Defect and omission can only be received within 7 days of receipt of the product

* Only defective albums returned within 7 days of exchange receipt can be exchanged

* Interchangeable

5mm or more of stains, smudges, marks, scratches, etc. visible without reflection of light on the artist's face

Where it is deemed that the value of the product has been damaged

* Not exchangeable

slight differences in color or size, minor defects on the back, body and background, not the artist's face,

Fine scratches, dents, dust marks, etc. cannot be exchanged because of residual scratches caused by the nature of the pet, holographic coating (foil) material
